The Lake House is part of Sefton Councils Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre.
Beechcroft undertook the full internal and external fit-out as well as initial shell and core works including;
- Complete refurbishment of 14 bedrooms
- 2 new complete bars
- Restaurant
- Café bar
- Reception and public areas
- External waterfront decked areas
Sitting alongside Anthony Gormleys internationally renowned Another Place ironmen statues, the Lake House is a must-visit location in North Liverpool.

Our projects team have recently completed some work in the North-East for our clients at the Abbeyfield Society transforming their gardens.
Previously, the garden was not accessible for all residents at their Corbridge home due to a large number of steps. Residents were not able to fully enjoy all areas of the garden. Our team have removed the staircase and completed landscaping works to make the gardens fully wheelchair accessible, so staff and residents can make the most of the gorgeous summer weather we have been having.
Once again, we have to thank our team for the hard work they’ve put in to get this across the line.
